Any agreement, contract, quote, or transaction between you and a service provider is strictly between you and that provider. The Site Operator is not a party to, and has no responsibility for, any such agreement or the work performed under it.

4. User Representations

By using the Site you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of the United States.
• The information you submit is accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the right to submit the telephone number and email address you provide and to consent to being contacted at them.
• You will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms that is not subject to the arbitration provision in Section 11 shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site (a "Dispute") shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. You and the Site Operator each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability
